1. Four-team conference
2. The conference will be held over four tournaments.
3. Each tournament will consist of one round robin – six games.
4. There will not be a finals weekend for the CBL Capital Conference. The top two teams with the highest competition points will proceed through to the CBL finals weekend.
5. CBL finals weekend will be held on Thursday, August 23 to Saturday, August 25, 2007. Venue to be advised.
