Registration Forms
To ensure accurate information is received from teams and players, an online registration form has been setup. Team registrations are now open for the Wheelchair Nationals in September. To access the team registration form, see below.
Follow the instructions and complete all the required fields. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address advising of the teams registration into the tournament, the team’s code and password, and the player registration link. Please note that the team code must be provided to the players along with the player registration web link. The team code is to ensure that the players are registered into the correct team.

Team Registration Fee
Payment can be made through the team registration link above. The entry fee for tournament is $1,035 including GST per team. Click here to access a quote listed under the heading ‘General’.
