Junior Tall Blacks & Tall Ferns

The New Zealand Junior Tall Blacks are preparing for the 2009 FIBA World U19 Championship in Auckland, July 2-12, while the New Zealand Junior Tall Ferns are a stepping stone in the development pathway between national age-group teams and the Tall Ferns.

Eligibility

To participate in the Junior Tall Blacks and Junior Tall Ferns in 2009, athletes must:

a) Be a legal citizen of New Zealand
b) Have not represented any other country in an official FIBA competition
c) Be born in 1990 or later
