Attacking Zone Defences
Former Junior Tall Blacks and Waikato Pistons head coach Tim McTamney will share his ideas on attacking zone defences. With the increasing popularity of zone defence, the ability to combat them is an essential part of any team offensive arsenal. Coach McTammney will share his philosophy and principles of play while providing offensive examples.
Effective Coaching Principles
Sport Bay of Plenty coaching manager Greg Cummings manages the very successful Sport BOP CoachForce programme. Greg will provide practical examples of athlete centered coaching, examining how to harness communication as a teaching tool.
