In Mackay, former Tall Black Miles Pearce produced a monster 22 points (11/19 FG, 0/1 3pt, 0/3 FT), 20 rebounds and three assists in 41 minutes and Emerging Tall Black Zane Meehl had six points (3/11 FG, 0/6 3pt), three rebounds and two assists in 32 minutes as the Leonard King-coached Meteors fell to their fourth straight loss, 92-74 to the South West Metro Pirates.
