Three of Oceania’s top referee educators will lead development programmes at next month’s Rotorua Easter Tournament.
Basketball New Zealand’s Ken Coulson will join forces with Australian counterpart John Martin, both FIBA educators and evaluators, and Basketball Australia technical commissioner Alan Galloway to provide a unique development opportunity over April 2-5.
