Frank finished with 23 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, three steals and two blocks as the visiting Stars broke open a 72-72 tie game at three-quarter time to win by a flattering margin, moving them to the top of the Dominion Finance NBL standings at 3-1 and dropping the Rams to 1-2.
