Harbour Basketball is looking to recruit a Coaching Development Officer, responsible for the development of basketball coaches in our regional area.

The key functions of the position are as follows:
1. Co-ordination of coaching development in the region
2. Developing a comprehensive coaching network
3. Recruitment and development of new coaches
4. Running coaching clinics on a regular basis
5. Working closely with the Harbour rep coaches
6. Working closely with the Elite Academy coaches

The position requires:
1. An individual with excellent organisation, administration and communication skills
2. An understanding of elite junior development frameworks and pathways
3. An individual with initiative, drive and passion for the sport of basketball
4. Basketball coaching experience and success at an elite level
5. Flexibility in hours to be worked, with the necessity for after hours and weekend work
