The Nelson Basketball Association is seeking applications for the position of Operations and Development Manager.

Applicants should be suitably experienced with the following:

* Experience working in a fast passed competitive environment.
* Proven computer experience (particularly Excel and other Microsoft office software).
* Proven experience in reviewing, planning and implementing a sports programme/competition.
* The ability to work with other personnel
* Outstanding customer relations and telephone skills
* The ability to work independently
* Initiative and drive
* Preferably experience working in the sports sector
* The ability to work outside normal working hours
* Experience with referee and coach education

Salary packages for the position will be dependent on the successful applicant’s level of experience and ability.
