Safety should be an integral part of Baskletball, and at any level. It’s important that as a Basketball coach you create an environment that encourages your players to participate in a safe and enjoyable way.

“Prevention is better than the cure” and with careful planning and preparation (and a healthy dose of common sense) many potentially unsafe situations can be avoided.

Accidents and incidents that occur highlight the importance of safety procedures and the need to adhere to such procedures at all times in order to prevent future problems.
