Protection of Players & Coaches

Your players have a right to be safe from harm and abuse. For this to happen, your club, school or Basketball Association should have procedures in place to ensure that they are protected and any concerns about their welfare can be reported to the necessary authorities.

There are a number of rules you need to be aware of to keep not only your players safe, but also yourself safe. This is particularly the case when working with children and young people.
