Bucks snap three-game skid with thrilling 112–110 road win over Hawks
Exciting finish in Atlanta
The Milwaukee Bucks ended a three-game losing streak with a 112-110 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on the road. Milwaukee controlled much of the game, leading for more than 43 minutes and building a 16-point lead in the first half, but Atlanta fought back to make the closing minutes nervous.
The Hawks rallied late and took the lead twice in the final stretch, but the Bucks found answers each time. In the decisive moment Giannis Antetokounmpo forced a turnover and converted a go-ahead basket to help seal the win for Milwaukee.
Key performances and where it leaves both teams
Giannis finished with 21 points and 17 rebounds, while Bobby Portis added 19. AJ Green scored 18, and Ryan Rollins and Myles Turner chipped in 14 points apiece. Kyle Kuzma rounded out the double-digit scorers with 10.
Atlanta got big nights from Nickeil Alexander-Walker, who led all scorers with 32 points, and Jalen Johnson, who posted 28 points, 16 rebounds and six assists. Dyson Daniels nearly recorded a triple-double (17 points, 10 assists, 9 rebounds) and CJ McCollum contributed 17 points.
Milwaukee’s victory improved them to 18-24, moving them to 11th in the Eastern Conference. Atlanta sits just ahead with a 20-25 record. The win should give the Bucks some momentum as they try to climb back into contention.
