NBA Player Props: Dec. 30, 2025

Top player prop picks

Tyrese Maxey — Over 27.5 points (Odds: 1.87)

The 76ers need a lift as they visit Memphis and try to stop a three-game skid. Maxey has been the most reliable scorer all season, shooting efficiently and shouldering the offense. If Joel Embiid misses any time or is limited, Maxey’s usage will only rise, so we expect him to clear this number.

Jaren Jackson Jr. — Over 19.5 points (Odds: 1.87)

Memphis has started to click lately and Jackson has been a major reason why. After a slow start he’s become far more assertive; he’s scored 20+ in six of his last seven games. With that scoring form and his central role, he looks set to exceed this mark.

Lauri Markkanen — Over 26.5 points (Odds: 1.87)

Utah has pulled off a couple of surprising wins and Markkanen is leading the charge. He’s the team’s primary scorer and, depending on whether other scoring options are available, he’ll likely see a heavy offensive load against Boston. Expect him to be the focal point and reach this total.

Deandre Ayton — Under 11.5 points (Odds: 1.87)

The Lakers have cooled off recently and Ayton’s offensive role has diminished compared with early in the season. He’s been taking fewer shots and playing a quieter offensive game. Facing a strong defensive opponent like Detroit, it’s reasonable to expect him to stay under this line.

DeMar DeRozan — Over 18.5 points (Odds: 1.87)

Sacramento is struggling with injuries and DeRozan is the veteran scoring option who will need to do most of the heavy lifting. Against a Clippers team he should see plenty of touches and scoring opportunities, making the over probable.
